(More customer reviews)I make coffee in a Chemex 1-3 Cup Coffee Maker and controlling the pour is important. It's almost impossible to control the pour from a standard kettle. The Buono drip kettle allows very good control and really makes a difference in the coffee. I boil water in a kettle then transfer to the Buono and let the water sit for one minute which gives it time to cool to the right temp (about 92C). I believe it's OK to boil the water in the Buono but I don't. I make sure to dry it when I'm done and only use it to pour. So far, it's been excellent.
