Before I started drinking alkaline water I was bloated, tired and had an array of other health issues like IBS. I was so tired each day; I could barely get through eight hours before feeling like I needed a nap. I realized that I could never handle drinking reverse osmosis water because I couldn't get passed the first glass without instantly feeling bloated! I found it difficult trying to drink 6 + glasses of RO water a day because I was always instantly bloated!
I used the pH testing Kit that came with the Orion Water Ionizer to test the pH level of our RO water.I discovered that the pH level was under 6.0 which means that it was acidic. I later learned that the acidic RO water was actually contributing negatively to the health issues I had.
Now, when I drink the alkaline water from my Orion, I don't get bloated! This is amazing! For years I really never liked drinking water as it made me bloated every day. The alkaline water tastes sweet which makes it very pleasurable to drink and I now easily drink my 6-8 glasses a day without any bloating at all! I have a lot more energy to get me through my busy day without feeling like I need a mid afternoon nap and the best part of it all is my IBS symptoms are gone! I wish I learned about this a long time ago.
