(More customer reviews)I am very pleased with the pool filter that I purchased thru Amazon.com. However, the shipment took much longer than I expected, thru no fault of Amazon.From the time it was received at FedEx until the time I received it, it took one full week--June 15 until June 22.The filter was ordered on June 8, and I feel taking two weeks to get it was a little too long.Once again, I don't feel Amazon was to blame, nor do I feel Pool Bargains was at fault.I put all the blame for delay in receiving the filter on FedEx.I feel being an overnight carrier, I should not have had to wait one full week once the filter was picked up at Pool Bargains. I believe FedEx as shown very little concern for their customers.
