(More customer reviews)We recently purchased the actual Bridgeport Onyx Waterer Fountain from Dr. Fosters and Smith and I have to tell you, it's great! This picture is of the filters for the fountain but since I couldn't find the fountain (only at the Fosters site), I decided I had to give it a great review so that everyone knows to go there.

This fountain is amazingly quiet. We've gone through three plastic fountains: none of which our dog loved. In fact, he rejected all three and we ended up back at a ceramic bowl. Well, we'd hunted for a ceramic fountain and on seeing this one we gave it a go. The pump is smaller than the one one the plastic ones and I suspect it's quiet because of the heaviness of the ceramic piece itself. This is not light weight and it's gorgeous! It's a BIG water fountain and is two pieces. We have a Havanese and honestly - it's more water than we'd give him but the nice part is that it cascades down the side as it shows in the picture and leaves a nice pool area. He loves the cascade side and frequently goes there.

If you're hunting for a ceramic water fountain, this has it all: quiet, beautiful, and easy to clean. Ironically, the ceramic keeps the water cooler which he seems to like. I'm giving this five stars (for the fountain and the filter) and consider it the best buy ever.
