Initially we thought the water here at Camden NJ was that bad that it just cannot be filtered right. Today we brought a pur pitcher filter and i can say it is amazing.I realized its not the water which is crappy but it is this filter which we were using. I had to deal with the bad taste and also got asore throat.

And i am sure even the manufacturers know that their filters dont work that is why they dont have a feasible return policy either. You can only return product which is unused and that too within 30days. If you have used it , you cannot return the filter. Yes..you cannot return.That simply means you are stuck with this junk .

Please dont waste your money on it, try pur or brita and i am sure it will do the job.

I am very disappointed with the company and its product.
