I took the advice of the prior reviewer and kept the temperature at 350 degrees instead of the recommended 375 degrees and everything has come out perfect. Fried chicken is so juicy and crispy,it doesn't soak up any oil!.I highly recommend buying this,it is also a snap to clean!!
