I was concerned that having extra features on a coffee maker would be annoying or cumbersome but, this coffee maker is very easy to program or just use. The 1-4 cup feature and the extra flavor feature seemed like fluff to me, but I find myself enjoying them too.The design team should be rewarded for comming up with the dual purpose container, it's such an easy way to fill the resevoir while also keeping the coffee hot and fresh.
Every morning I start the day with a gooood cup of fresh coffee, no mess, no fuss. I like it!
