(More customer reviews)I realize this was through A-1 appliance, but Amazon has them on their website, so I blame them as much as A-1.The bulb arrived in a box packed with magazine pages for "padding."There was no receipt, no packing slip etc.., so when i opened the box and realized they sent me the wrong item, I didn't know how to return it, or even a receipt to check what they sent.pay a few extra bucks and get it from a reputable company.A-1 is a good steak sauce, but they are an awful part supplier
