(More customer reviews)My experience was I had to install the whole unit and not just my broken part.Also some instructions (none included)would had been nice to tell me this instead of making this a miserable 20-30 minutes by trying to change the plunger only and not the whole unit.I would had given it 5 stars had there been some printed warnings and/or tips. The product works well and I am pleased to have my filter working again. Just be prepare to replace all the parts and not just the plunger or other broken parts.Once again I would buy from these people again and the 4 star rating should not deter anyone else from doing the same.
