(More customer reviews)I've had two of these units now.The first one stopped heating water after 3 months.I don't mean it didn't get hot enough...I mean it didn't even get above room temperature.Breville USA support promptly sent me a prepaid mailer to send the unit back to them and equally as promptly sent me a new one.Now after having that one for three months it will not power on...at all.Again, Breville USA has offered to send me a new one, which I'm waiting on.This will be three of the same unit.

Sigh...Don't waste your hard earned money on this, you WILL be disappointed.
