(More customer reviews)I use my Hario tea pot for not only ice tea but primarily hot tea. I temper the glass with hot tap water while I'm boiling the tea water. Pour out the tap water, put in the tea leaves in the funnel and pour in the hot water. Works great!!
I've had mine for a year now and I am ordering two more, one for a gift and one for myself.
