(More customer reviews)I have a 90 gallon tank and sometimes I don't want to perform a water change to get the bottom of the tank clean. I had the multi-vac previously. I have no issues with that except over time, the pieces won't stay together. I bought the sludge extractor (PETCO) and I love it. It reaches to the bottom of my tank and I didn't have to drain any water. The pressure on the vacuum was more than adequate. I was a bit relunctant on the proce, but I'm happy I did buy it and would recommend it to others. Just shop around for the lowest price.

(More customer reviews)Super Siphon is a nice simple safety tool that works perfectly every time I've used it.No more sucking fumes or harmful stuff into your mouth and lungs.After scratching my head for a little I read the instructions and it's pretty simple to make it work.It takes 3 to 5 shakes up and down to get it started (from the tank you are siphoning from), then drop the other end of the siphon hose into the receiving tank, then gravity takes over to transfer fuel or water or whatever from one tank to another.To stop siphoning, just lift the hose out of the liquid and it stops.It couldn't be much easier.I bought three, one for fresh water on my boat, one for my aquarium, and one for fuel so I don't have to worry about cleaning the hose or contaminating water with fuel.One important note:Rules of gravity still apply of course - you cannot siphon "UP" - the tank you siphon TO must be LOWER than the tank you siphon FROM.Overall, a great product at a fair price, and a must-have if you have a boat or rv.

(More customer reviews)I got mine in a plant tank kit. The filter seems to do a great job. My water is crystal clear, and I've had mine running for 10+ months. I've had many generations of guppies. Also my tank was incredibly overpopulated and still, the filter did a fenomenal job. I love it. When I added the substrate, ActivFlora it took care of the silt/cloudiness in the water. The combination of healthy water and good filtration makes an entirely healthy system. I hardly do water changes or maintenance aside from changing the filter cartridge.

(More customer reviews)I own both this and the Python equivalent and it is painfully obvious that the Aqueon is way better made.The Python leaks horribly at the faucet connection and has snapped apart from the faucet multiple times.They're basically the same product, but the Aqueon is better quality and so I recommend it.
