(More customer reviews)Bought this product about a year ago. After 12 months it developed a crack in the plastic body and started spraying water all over the place. Since the product came with a 5 year warranty I thought I would be covered. Ha... After an hour of discussion on the phone with customer service in India, I was told it was only a 1 year warranty. Insisting I know the difference between the number 1 and 5 didn't help much. I ended up getting a 10$ voucher towards buying.... you guessed it.... another inferior Pur product.
Go for Brita - at least they stand behind their products
