I gave it a 4 because I really do not like the mug, but that is another thing, you can use any mug. Measure the water with the alternate mug, pour it in, put the coffee in the little wire basket and flip it on. You have coffee in about 5 minutes. Great of office, dorm rooms, bachelors/ettes and lonely guys like me!
