(More customer reviews)After several years of service, the filter element in my Hunter humidifier became rather nasty, plus I'm sure it wasn't as effective as when it was new, due to the accumulation of crud from hard water.The new one fit perfectly, and seems to do exactly what it's supposed to do.When this one reaches its end-of-service, I'll buy another, if they're still available.
I run the humidifier all winter to keep my acoustic guitars at the proper humidity.
