Being extremely dry in the dessert, this has the ability to maintain a very very precise level of moisture in your immediate surrounding.I'm very impressed. Just make sure the units has an sufficient fill of water to draw on and you're set. The cooling function is great and so is the heating. Great price and fast shipping.

(More customer reviews)I owned my first soybean milk maker by Sunpentown for more than 10 years and loved it very much. This time I needed a new one, so I researched a quite bit to see if other makers were catching up with Sunpentown and had anything better. Eventually I still decided to stay with Sunpentown and bought this model.

After a few months of using this one, I am not disappointed. It works great. This model has a new(additional) setting(that my old one did not have) which allows using dry beans directly without soaking them first. I have not tried the new setting yet. I still soak the beans first as an old habit.

Also this model comes with a sturdy holder so when the central part is pulled out from the stainless steel pitcher, it can be securely placed in the holder, instead of inconveniently laying it on kitchen countertop or sink. I love this feature.

I would recommend this product to anyone who likes soybean milk.

SPT WA-1230E 12,000-BTU Portable Air Conditioner with Remote Control Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this AC unit during the excess heat wave this summer.The unit, (once properly vented) works really well for cooling my bed room but it shuts off when the water needs drained.Durning these hot temperatures this is after only 2-2.5 hrs.Draining the water is not an easy task because the drain is only 1 inch from the floor so you can only use a really really shallow dish. It does come with a hose to connect to a drain for continous drainage but the drain must be below or at the same level as the AC unit.

This drainage problem makes the unit NOT useful for long term cooling (you can't run it all night or use it to cool while at work)

As a long term solution I am working on buidling a stand to set the unit on for continous drainage into a bucket but it is heavey and vibration makes noise a problem. Other portable AC unit have a collecting bottle which is easy to revome for drainage.

(More customer reviews)I liked this so much I bought another.Now I have one in the bedroom and one in my work room - I sleep easier, and can work with paints and dusty materials without coughing and sneezing.My allergies have disappeared inside the house (now if the ragweed/pollen outside could just disappear...)The filters last a long time (6 months with continuous use) and I like the ionizer option - if you leave it on, the dust in the air falls to the floor in little balls you can sweep up.Overall, an excellent product with a nice slim line to it so it can fit anywhere.
