(More customer reviews)I received the wrong item and when I called to find out how to return it I was answered by the most rude person I have ever dealt with.I will NEVER get anything from this "Marineland" company again.I use 6 of these filters every couple of weeks, that is a pretty good sale they have lost on top of the other aquarium items I would have purchased.
