(More customer reviews)I have dealt with Filters Now before they are fine.Delivery of the items were screwed up when I used Amazon.I even paid a higher shipping charge than if I had gone directly through Filters Now.I spent several hours tracking it down.Amazon did not provide any assistance.This is my second experience with Amazon and both are bad.
