(More customer reviews)Before I had one of these, each ab session was followed by an immediate run to my nearby bathroom to flush it out with water.This cleaning station is SUCH a huge step up.I just spray into the jar, which has a filter on top to catch fumes.I clean it in the sink every few months, and it comes completely clean.Very, very useful.
