(More customer reviews)The Iced Tea Maker is great for what it is. However, I could never access any instruction info on Amazon. It wasn't until I received the item that I found the method used to make the tea--You make half a pitcher of hot tea, then add water or ice to chill. It's a good product; I just didn't have full knowledge before. The item is certainly more civilized than the appliance Iced Tea Makers I was trying to avoid.
