(More customer reviews)product works great and much cheaper than at hamilton beach website for obtaining replacement parts and products. the filter is hard to find in stores or elsewhere online so price is quite reaonable and you get a bonus of the filter holders in two different sizes. i use the filter to cut the bitter taste from the tap water as the water here is very alkaline.
