(More customer reviews)I purchased one of these as a spare.Upon recently installing it the green light - to indicate it's useful life - was not working.I ignored this.Then, 30 days into it's use it's water output suddenly reduced to about 10% of normal.This performance was entirely different from the original cartridge that came with my original filter unit purchase.
I feel I've been had by WaterPik.
